By installing or using Sort Feed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use of any related services. These Terms govern your use of the Sort Feed Chrome extension and any associated websites, features, or services operated by Sort Feed.
About Sort Feed
Sort Feed is a Chrome browser extension that works as an enhancement layer directly on top of Instagram and TikTok. It does not replace or replicate these platforms — instead, it adds powerful research and productivity tools on top of your normal browsing experience.
Sort Feed is designed for content creators, marketers, and social media professionals who want to grow their accounts by discovering winning content ideas in their niche. With Sort Feed, you can analyze any public Instagram or TikTok profile to find the content that performs best — enabling smarter, data-informed content decisions.
Sort Feed is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or ByteDance in any way.

Free Plan & Pro Subscription
Sort Feed is free to try with no account or sign-up required. The free plan includes sorting, exporting, and downloading up to 25 posts per profile so you can experience the core value before upgrading.
Sort Feed Pro unlocks unlimited usage across all features, including unlimited sorting, exporting, downloading, video transcription, and priority support. Pro is available on a monthly ($14/month) or yearly ($9/month, billed annually) subscription basis.
Billing & Cancellation:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal at account.sortfeed.com or via sortfeed.lemonsqueezy.com/billing.
Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Sort Feed reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.
Accounts & Access
Some features of Sort Feed require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Sort Feed accounts are for individual use unless you have arranged a multi-seat or team plan. License keys and activation codes may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
Acceptable Use
Sort Feed uses a few trusted third-party providers to make its services work:Sort Feed is intended for legitimate content research, competitive analysis, and content strategy purposes. You agree to use Sort Feed only in ways that comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
You agree not to use Sort Feed to:
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from Instagram or TikTok at a scale or in a manner that violates their respective Terms of Service.
Harass, stalk, or collect personal information about individuals without consent.
Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Use the download or transcription features to reproduce and publish third-party content without proper authorization or attribution.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the extension's code.
Circumvent any limitations or access controls within the extension.
Sort Feed reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this acceptable use policy.
Third-Party Platforms
Sort Feed operates on top of third-party social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok. These platforms have their own Terms of Service, which you are independently responsible for complying with. Sort Feed is not responsible for any actions taken against your accounts by Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
Platform functionality, page structures, or API behaviors may change without notice, which can affect how Sort Feed operates. While we work to keep the extension up to date, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party platforms at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, trademarks, and materials associated with Sort Feed are the property of Sort Feed or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Sort Feed without express written permission.
Content found or downloaded through Sort Feed (such as videos and images from Instagram or TikTok) remains the intellectual property of the respective creators and platforms. Your use of such content is subject to their terms and applicable copyright law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Sort Feed is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browser versions or platform updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sort Feed, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or social media account standing.
If Sort Feed experiences service interruptions or compatibility issues due to platform changes, we will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality promptly.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sort Feed at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, behavior that may harm Samify or other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your license to use Sort Feed is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Affiliate Program
Sort Feed operates an affiliate program that allows individuals to earn commissions by referring new Pro subscribers. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to additional terms available at sortfeed.com/affiliates. Samify reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
Privacy
Your use of Sort Feed is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at sortfeed.com/privacy to understand our data practices.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
